Experience the Hunt!

Mark Ledford grew up in a suburb of Cleveland and didn’t begin hunting until the age of 23.  Since that time, Mark has harvested over 150 deer with his compound bow including seven Ohio bucks over 145” during the last twelve seasons.  Included in those seven bucks is a 26 point non-typical and a double drop tine buck.  

Although an avid bow hunter, Mark’s love of hunting is not limited to bow hunting or deer hunting.  He has also harvested many wild hogs and turkey and has even shot alligators and black bears.  Mark’s hunting adventures have been covered in local and state newspapers as well as being featured in the October 2014 issue of Bowhunter magazine and the 2016 Spring edition of Big Buck magazine.

Along with the 222” bow killed 26 point buck, he has harvested a 300 pound wild hog with a knife, a three bearded turkey and an 11 foot four inch alligator!   

Mark, a pastor in the same church for over 39 years, is most passionate about his relationship with the Lord and his family.  He has been married to his wife Jill for 39 years.  They have four children, Kauri, Caleb, Connor and Camden.     

Along with his devotion to hunting, Mark truly loves people and enjoys meeting them and talking hunting. His easy going and friendly personality and his humorous stories capture the hearts and minds of the listeners. Most of the time he is able to display his trophy 26 point buck, a black bear rug, a bobcat, and many photos of animals he has harvested.  His display is a great opportunity to share as a conversation starter! Mark is flexible and can adapt his message to fit time constraints and other specific needs of your event or dinner.
