Whitetail Deer Hunts: Five day ARCHERY ONLY hunts and six nights lodging for up to
four hunters. Non hunting family can come for free. Your party will be the only group
hunting the property during your week. Each hunter may harvest one buck and one doe.
We do not allow weekend hunting so the property can rest. Guests arrive and check in on
Saturday afternoon and may scout and set up stands on Saturday and Sunday. There is an
8 point minimum so that mature bucks are harvested. Check in will include a quick
orientation to the lodging and property. We will also give you a map for the property.
You will be asked to sign two permission forms. You will keep one with you while
hunting and we will keep the other on file. Please no smoking or alcohol. You must have
all valid license and deer tags from the State of Ohio Division of Wildlife. (Available
online at wildohio.gov or at the local Wal-Mart).

Cost: All hunt prices are based on four hunters. 2025 hunts ranged from $900 to $1200
per hunter depending on the week. This includes the cost of the hunting and lodging. No
meals are provided. Only a limited number of hunts are available. Ohio whitetail archery
season normally lasts for 18 weeks. During the 2025 season we sold hunts for only 10 of
the 18 weeks.

Miscellaneous: We run multiple corn feeders on the property and you may also bring
your own bait. If weather permits approximately sixty acres are planted in corn or
soybeans. ATVs are permitted as transportation to and from stands and retrieving
harvested deer. Tree stands are not provided but you may bring your own stands, blinds,
climbing stands and saddles. Also feel free to bring your own trail cameras. Crossbows
are legal in Ohio.
